What is your return policy?

We’re happy to offer returns on any item purchased on PatNest.com in unused condition, within 14 days of purchase.

 

How to initiate a return?

To initiate a return for a PatNest.com order, send an email to info@patnest.com.

 

Gift Returns

If you give or receive a gift from November 1st - December 31st, we are happy to make an exception to our 14-day policy and accept returns/exchanges, through January 31st, 2025. 

 

Please note: We are unable to cover shipping costs or additional duties and fees charged for returns.
